Refund and Returns Policy

Our Promise to You

At Kashvilla, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Duration of Coverage

You have 07 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, if more than 07 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exclusions

Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Required Documentation

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not granted in the following situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened packed food items
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 07 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company and bank. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at refunds@kashvilla.in.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at hello@kashvilla.in and send your item to:

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Track Your Return

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
